The Community Design Challenge, led by The Rural Design Centre, is a unique opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and accelerate ideas that address real challenges in Kielder and the surrounding area.
We are inviting residents, entrepreneurs, creators, and change-makers to submit ideas and solutions that can help address local challenges with potential to transform the community.

Official launch of the Kielder Community Design Challenge
Local events and meetings to share the challenge and answer questions
A fully funded Design Event in the week of 9-13th June (Venues and dates TBC) to collaborate with like-minded people, design and development experts, refine your ideas, identify sources of funding for development in 2025.
