Online Information Session:

Tuesday 29th April 2025 12:15 - 1:00pm

As a first step to getting involved in the Rural Durham Community Research Network, you’re invited to attend a Knowledge for Change session – a free, informal workshop led by Durham Community Action and Professor Sarah Banks from Durham University.

The sessions will introduce what community-led research is and explore how local questions can be turned into research projects that support change. You’ll also find out about the financial and practical support available to help get started. Whether you're curious about the network or already have a question in mind, this is a great place to start.

Each workshop begins with refreshments at 9.30am and runs from 10.00am to 1.00pm, with time for a catered lunch and networking afterwards. The same session is being held in three locations - please register for the one that’s most convenient for you.
